Sales Manager

Stone Emperor Pte Ltd is seeking a motivated and dynamic Senior Account Manager to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing key client accounts, and building strong relationships with homeowners, interior designers, architects, contractors, and commercial clients.
You will play a key role in understanding clients' project requirements, recommending suitable surface materials and solutions, preparing quotations and proposals, and overseeing projects from initial consultation through completion. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, sales, and relationship management skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with homeowners, interior designers, architects, contractors, developers, and corporate clients.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate sales leads through networking, referrals, site visits, and business development activities.
- Conduct client consultations to understand project requirements, budgets, design preferences, and material specifications.
- Recommend suitable surface materials and solutions, including sintered stone, quartz, marble, granite, solid surface, and other products offered by Stone Emperor.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, material presentations, and project specifications for clients.
- Coordinate with suppliers, fabricators, installers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery.
- Follow up on enquiries, quotations, and project progress to achieve sales targets and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation and consultation to project completion and after-sales support.
- • Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients and update customer information in the company's CRM system.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, competitor activities, and new product offerings.
- Represent Stone Emperor at exhibitions, networking events, showroom appointments, and business meetings when required.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets while contributing to the overall growth and success of the company.
Skills & Qualifications
• Diploma, Advanced Diploma, or Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Interior Design, Building, Construction, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales, account management, business development, or customer relationship management.
• Experience in the building materials, interior design, renovation, construction, architecture, furniture, cabinetry, or related industries will be an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems.
• Good organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Familiarity with kitchen countertops, surface materials, cabinetry, interior renovation works, or construction projects will be highly advantageous.
• Possess a positive attitude, professional appearance, and a strong passion for sales and customer service.
• Candidates with an existing network of interior designers, contractors, architects, developers, or homeowners will be highly regarded.
• Possess a valid Class 3 driving licence is an advantage but not mandatory.
