SneakSurf is where streetwear, sneakers, and culture collide. We're looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Store Assistant to join our team and deliver a top-tier shopping experience to every customer who walks through the door.

Your Role

As a Store Assistant, you’ll help keep the store running smoothly, assist customers, and make sure our space always looks fresh and on-brand. Whether it’s recommending the right pair of kicks or helping prep for the next big drop, you’ll be a key part of the crew.

What You’ll Do

• Greet and assist customers on the sales floor
• Provide product knowledge and styling advice
• Handle transactions using the POS system
• Restock shelves and maintain visual displays
• Assist with unpacking deliveries and organizing inventory
• Keep the store clean, organized, and ready for action
• Support in-store events and product launches

What We’re Looking For

• Friendly, confident, and great with people
• Passion for sneakers, streetwear, and fashion culture
• Retail or customer service experience (preferred but not required)
• Reliable, punctual, and a team player
• Available on weekends, holidays, and busy drop days
