Inspector I

Key Responsibilities

• Liaise directly with clients and ground agencies for inspection-related matters
• Carry out structural / façade inspections of existing buildings to identify defects and provide appropriate rectification recommendations
• Prepare and submit relevant findings and reports to the Qualified Person (QP) in the required format for submission
• Ensure that all building works and structures are in accordance with local guidelines and statutory requirements during inspections
• Follow up with clients and ground agencies to ensure that necessary actions arising from reports and submissions are completed in a timely manner

Key Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualifications/experience in the built environment
• Relevant experience in building inspection, structural assessment, or construction projects preferred
• Strong report writing, communication, and coordination skills
• Ability to work on-site and travel across Singapore for inspections
