About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and organized Freelance Logistics & Inventory Support Partner to support the operations of our elderly engagement and training programmes. The role involves managing workshop materials, maintaining inventory, organizing storage space, and coordinating the delivery and collection of training resources between our storage facility and various Active Ageing Centres (AACs).
This is not a daily role and work assignments will be scheduled based on programme requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Inventory & Storage Management
- Organize and maintain storage space efficiently.
- Set up and label shelving systems for training boards, games, learning materials, and workshop resources.
- Conduct periodic stock checks and inventory counts.
- Ensure sufficient stock levels of workshop materials such as market items, cards, activity resources, stationery, and programme supplies.
- Report low stock levels and damaged items for replenishment.
- Has his own transport to bring the item back and forth
Logistics & Delivery Coordination
- Pack and prepare the correct training boards and materials according to programme schedules.
- Deliver materials from the storage facility to AAC centres and collect them after programme completion.
- Ensure all items are properly accounted for before dispatch and upon return.
- Coordinate delivery schedules with programme coordinators and facilitators.
Asset Tracking
- Maintain records of materials issued to centres and facilitators.
- Monitor movement of resources between storage and programme locations.
- Ensure assets are stored safely and remain in good condition.
Requirements
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Physically fit to lift and transport programme materials.
- Possess a valid driving licence and own vehicle (preferred).
- Able to work independently and manage multiple delivery schedules.
- Basic inventory management experience is an advantage.
- Familiarity with Active Ageing Centre operations is a plus.
Working Arrangement
- Flexible, ad-hoc assignments based on programme schedules.
- Frequency may vary depending on operational needs.
- Transport claims or delivery fees may be reimbursed according to agreed arrangements.

Remuneration
Freelance rates to be discussed based on scope of work, frequency of assignments, and transportation requirements.
