Marketing Communications
- Ideate, write, and produce engaging and effective marketing copy for campaigns, social media, and internal communications
- Support campaign planning and execution across digital and traditional channels
- Help coordinate marketing assets and timelines with internal stakeholders
- Monitor campaign performance and compile post-campaign reports
Visual Content Creation
- Design simple, on-brand visuals using Canva for social media, email, and internal use
- Adapt existing templates and create new ones for recurring content formats
- Ensure visual consistency across all communications materials
- Source and organise image assets and maintain a design repository
Events
- Contribute to the planning and on-site execution of events
- Work closely with external partners, agencies, and vendors for smooth implementation of the events
Team Support & Coordination
- Attend team meetings and contribute ideas for marketing initiatives
- Support ad-hoc requests from the team, including research, presentations, and administrative tasks
- Able to commit for a period of 6 months (June 2026 to Dec 2026)
- General Degree or Diploma, preferably in Marketing
- Strong writing, editing, and communication skills with attention to tone, clarity, and detail
- Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks under pressure and tight deadlines
- Strong command of English, both spoken and written
- Resourceful, positive thinker and problem solver with a willingness to learn
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Bubbly personality with a can-do attitude, someone who brings good energy to the team
