Position Title: Physiotherapist Grade I
Location: Bright Hill
Working Days: Monday – Friday
Working Hours: 8:30AM – 6:00PM
Salary: $5,000 – $7,000
Job Description
Independently manage a diverse caseload, including post-operative, neurological, and musculoskeletal cases in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
Assess patients and develop individualized rehabilitation goals and treatment plans.
Conduct reassessments for active rehabilitation and maintenance cases.
Review and update rehabilitation plans and treatment progress.
Plan and coordinate patient discharge.
Participate in service development and departmental initiatives.
Provide guidance and support to entry-level Physiotherapists, Therapy Assistants, and students.
Support cross-coverage within the rehabilitation team.
Conduct independent case management and case discussions.
Prepare incident reports when required.
Collect and maintain statistical data for regular reporting.
Participate in Continuous Professional Development (CPD) and peer teaching activities.
Recommend improvements to therapy programmes and rehabilitation services.
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Physiotherapy recognized by the Singapore Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC).
Registered with AHPC and possess a valid Practising Certificate.
Possess a valid BCLS + AED certification.
Minimum 3–6 years of relevant experience in a hospital or nursing home setting.
Experience in community care and aged care settings will be an advantage.
Postgraduate qualifications in Physiotherapy or related fields will be advantageous.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
