Accounts Executive (Full set) @Ubi

Responsibilities:

• Accounting function includes AR, AP, GL, General Journal, Cash management, Bank reconciliation, Stock (Inventory) via odoo ERP for Singapore and oversea office.

• Generate Monthly & Year-End Profit and Loss , handle petty cash and prepare voucher.

• Manage GST/MES related schedules in quarterly basis, and salesperson commission's payment.

• Handle Fixed asset & audit schedules, income tax/settlement, cash flow forecast & update exchange rate.

• Issue debit/credit notes, prepare weekly customer payment collection & Statement of Account.
