Accountant

Responsibilities :-

• Maintain a full set of accounts
• Perform costing and manufacturing cost analysis
• Ensure proper accounting records are maintained and procedures adhered to
• Review and file GST submissions in compliance with statutory requirements
• Coordinate annual insurance renewals and maintain proper records of insurance policies
• Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and relevant regulations
• Handle quarterly GST filing and other tax compliances
• Manage corporate tax matters
• Liaise with banks on the facilities, and financial matters
• Prepare information and documents required by auditors, resolve audit queries, obtain audit confirmations, and conduct year-end stock take
• Assist in preparing the Budget, Annual Report and Financial Statements
• Handle any other ad-hoc duties or tasks assigned

Requirements :-

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent
• At least 2–4 years of relevant experience in accounting; experience in manufacturing is preferred
• Experience with Epicor and AutoCount Accounting will be an advantage
• Positive attitude, willing to learn, committed, and detail-oriented
• High level of integrity, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Proficient in accounting systems and MS Excel
