Job Summary
We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Admin & Accounts Assistant to support daily e-commerce order processing and office operations. This role suits fresh graduates or candidates with 1–2 years of admin or accounting experience.
Responsibilities
- Accurately process daily online marketplace orders and enter them into internal systems
- Monitor customer orders and coordinate fulfillment with warehouse and logistics teams
- Prepare invoices and assist with Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) tasks
- Perform data entry and reconcile records to maintain accuracy
- Organize and file documents while supporting general administrative duties
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders as needed
- Support ad hoc operational and administrative tasks to ensure smooth workflow
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Basic accounting knowledge or 1–2 years of accounting or administrative experience
- Comfortable using spreadsheets and computer systems for data management
- Experience with e-commerce platforms is a bonus but not required
