Customer Service Executive (Supply Chain)

Join a dynamic team where you will manage the end-to-end supply chain process, ensuring efficient procurement and logistics operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire supply chain process, including procurement, inventory management, logistics, and distribution.

• Coordinate all activities related to material procurement with suppliers and the sales team.

• Manage the processing and administration of purchase orders, ensuring timely follow-ups on shipments and inventory control.

• Serve as the primary contact for customers regarding purchase orders and delivery concerns.

• Ensure timely processing of customer orders and facilitate efficient delivery and shipment arrangements.

• Organise logistics for deliveries (import/export/local) while collaborating with transporters and warehouses to resolve shipping issues.

• Review and prepare all necessary shipping documentation.

• Handle Good Receipt, Delivery Orders, Packing Lists, Commercial Invoices, and liaise with forwarders on customs documentation.

• Communicate with customers regarding delivery dates and any specific order requirements.

• Conduct L/C checking and amendments, along with negotiations with banks as needed.

• Maintain accurate information in the SAP system, ensuring adherence to all procedures.

• Undertake assigned tasks and projects to achieve organisational goals.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Supply Chain/Logistics or equivalent.

• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.

• Experience in the manufacturing sector is advantageous.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively and work under tight schedules.

• Strong decision-making skills in high-pressure environments.

• Detail-oriented with a meticulous approach.

• Proficient communication skills with suppliers and clients.
