Programmatic Sales Manager

Our client is an advertising and digital media solutions business that partners with brands, agencies and publishers across the globe on advertising solutions, campaigns and content and engagement strategies. They are now looking for a Programmatic Sales Manager in Singapore to help grow their business.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect and secure new revenue streams by identifying growth opportunities within the digital advertising ecosystem
- Cultivate and nurture enduring partnerships with major advertisers, media agencies, and brand collaborators
- Develop and present tailored marketing strategies that directly support client business goals
- Coordinate with operations, campaign management, and technical departments to deliver smooth campaign launches and continuous optimisation
- Achieve or surpass quarterly objectives tied to advertising spend, return on investment, and new client acquisition
- Monitor evolving market dynamics, competitive movements, and emerging technologies within programmatic advertising
Qualifications:
- You will have a Bachelors Degree in Business Management, Marketing or related.
- Minimum 3-5 years in direct sales roles across digital marketing, AdTech, media agencies, or programmatic advertising sectors
- You will have a solid grasp of the digital advertising ecosystem including DSPs, trading desks, video/mobile inventory, and core performance indicators (CPM, CPC, CPA)
- Proven success in deal closure, effective negotiation abilities, and comfort operating in high-velocity settings
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
