Job Description Summary

The Account Manager will hold end-to-end commercial responsibility for a portfolio of key accounts in Singapore, with full accountability for orders, revenue, and margin performance.

This role is responsible for driving account growth, engaging senior (CXO-level) stakeholders, and orchestrating cross-functional teams to deliver consistent results in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. Strong pipeline management and disciplined execution are critical to success.

Key Responsibilities

1. Account Ownership & Growth

  • Own and deliver commercial performance across assigned accounts, including orders, revenue, and margin
  • Drive share-of-wallet growth across equipment, services, and digital solutions
  • Build and maintain a robust, high-quality, and predictable pipeline

2. Strategic Account Planning

  • Develop and execute comprehensive account plans aligned with Singapore’s healthcare clusters (public and private)
  • Identify growth opportunities and lead proactive pursuit strategies

3. Customer Engagement

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with CXO-level leaders and key stakeholders
  • Position GE HealthCare as a trusted strategic partner through value-based selling

4. Deal Leadership & Execution

  • Lead the full sales cycle from opportunity identification through deal closure
  • Ensure accurate forecasting and pipeline discipline via SFDC
  • Conduct win/loss analyses to continuously improve commercial effectiveness

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Lead and coordinate internal stakeholders across modalities, services, applications, and marketing teams
  • Ensure a consistent and aligned approach to customer engagement

6. Installed Base & Service Growth

  • Protect and expand the installed base (IB)
  • Ensure service excellence, including uptime and SLA performance
  • Drive lifecycle revenue through renewals, upgrades, and service offerings

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in consultative or strategic sales roles
  • Proven track record in managing and closing complex deals
  • Experience in healthcare or capital equipment industries preferred
  • Strong understanding of the Singapore healthcare ecosystem and procurement processes
