Job Summary

The Brand Manager is responsible for developing and executing brand strategies to enhance brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales performance. This role works closely with Operations, Product Development, and Marketing teams to drive business growth and ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute brand and marketing strategies.
  • Plan and manage product launches, seasonal campaigns, and promotional activities.
  • Maintain brand identity and ensure consistency across all channels.
  • Monitor market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities.
  • Manage social media, digital marketing, and marketing communications.
  • Track campaign performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies/vendors.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Brand Management or Marketing.
  • Experience in Bakery, F&B, Retail, or FMCG industry is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficient in English; Chinese proficiency is an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with bakery chains, restaurant brands, or retail food concepts.
  • Knowledge of CRM, loyalty programs, and consumer analytics.
  • Prior team leadership or people management experience is a plus.
