About the role

We sell fast-close marketing programmes to interior design firms — connecting them with renovation-ready homeowners. This is a Hunter role: you close the deal, you own the client relationship for the life of the engagement, and you drive the renewal. Closing is half the job; holding the relationship is the other half.

What you'll own

  • The close — build genuine urgency on a fast-cycle product, convert, and collect.
  • The relationship — you are the client's commercial point of contact throughout the engagement.
  • The renewal — our products recur, so you're always working toward the next closure.

How this works (the honest version)

  • Performance-tiered. Your base and commission both rise as your monthly revenue climbs. Top performers earn well above the base. Coasters don't last — this isn't a salaried seat to hide in.
  • Capped supply is a lever, not a ceiling. Our lead programme runs on finite homeowner supply. The best closers work the backend to expand that supply — every new slot is your next commission.
  • Backend accountability is non-negotiable. You'll work daily with our Concierge fulfilment team. Clear communication, an accurate pipeline, and honouring your commitments to the people who deliver for you are expected, not optional.
  • You'll be in Singapore. This is an on-the-ground role — client meetings, daily team syncs, and weekly strategy.
