Therapy/Clinic Assistant

Job Summary

You will support daily operations in a physiotherapy clinic by maintaining a clean environment, assisting patients safely with mobility and exercises, managing phone inquiries, and handling appointment bookings and payments.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the physiotherapy clinic to ensure a safe and welcoming environment
• Assist patients to get on and off treatment beds safely, reducing risk of injury
• Support patients with simple exercises as directed to aid their therapy progress
• Respond promptly and clearly to patient queries in person and over the phone
• Manage appointment bookings and process payments accurately to support clinic operations
