Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate calendars, manage schedules, and support overall team efficiency
  • Handle documentation and administrative processes with a strong eye for detail
  • Support senior executives and internal teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Navigate digital tools and workflow platforms to streamline daily operations
  • Liaise seamlessly with internal and external stakeholders across departments
  • Ensure smooth and timely communication across teams and business functions
  • Gain exposure to various business functions beyond core administrative responsibilities
  • Contribute to a team culture that values initiative, organisation, and accountability
  • Develop strong time management, multitasking, and problem-solving capabilities
  • Play a key role in keeping daily operations running efficiently and effectively

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma and above
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
  • Able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
  • Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply — training will be provided
