Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate calendars, manage schedules, and support overall team efficiency
- Handle documentation and administrative processes with a strong eye for detail
- Support senior executives and internal teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Navigate digital tools and workflow platforms to streamline daily operations
- Liaise seamlessly with internal and external stakeholders across departments
- Ensure smooth and timely communication across teams and business functions
- Gain exposure to various business functions beyond core administrative responsibilities
- Contribute to a team culture that values initiative, organisation, and accountability
- Develop strong time management, multitasking, and problem-solving capabilities
- Play a key role in keeping daily operations running efficiently and effectively
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma and above
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
