Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain an organised, efficient, and welcoming workspace for all staff and visitors
- Support the daily operational needs of the office and internal teams
- Handle incoming mail, deliveries, and office inventory management
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers as and when required
- Assist with document filing, record keeping, and data entry tasks
- Help prepare for internal meetings, events, and team engagements
- Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of common areas and shared office spaces
- Be the reliable go-to person for day-to-day operational tasks and ad-hoc support
- Gain hands-on experience in office operations and facilities management

Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma and above
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- High attention to detail and accuracy across all responsibilities
- Able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
