Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain an organised, efficient, and welcoming workspace for all staff and visitors
  • Support the daily operational needs of the office and internal teams
  • Handle incoming mail, deliveries, and office inventory management
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers as and when required
  • Assist with document filing, record keeping, and data entry tasks
  • Help prepare for internal meetings, events, and team engagements
  • Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of common areas and shared office spaces
  • Be the reliable go-to person for day-to-day operational tasks and ad-hoc support
  • Gain hands-on experience in office operations and facilities management
  • Grow in a supportive environment with ample learning and development opportunities

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma and above
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
  • High attention to detail and accuracy across all responsibilities
  • Able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply — training will be provided
