Near Esplanade MRT, Downtown MRT, Central Business District, Singapore

Working Hours:

- 10am - 10:30pm

- 12.5-hour shifts including a 2-hour break

Working Days:

- Mondays to Sundays (6 Days Work Week)

Job Description:

As a Pizzaiolo, you will be a key player in our kitchen’s success. Your responsibilities will include:

- Preparing pizza dough, sauces, and various toppings, such as tomatoes, peppers, mushrooms, onions, and meats.

- Monitoring the temperature of the pizza ovens as well as cooking times.

- Preparing high-quality pizzas according to company recipes.

- Monitoring inventory and placing orders for more supplies as needed.

- Cleaning workstations before pizza preparation.

- Ensuring that all utensils and cooking equipment are sterilized before each use.

- Plating or packaging pizzas accordingly.

- Managing all food order slips and ensuring that customers’ orders are completed in a timely manner.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Pizzaiolo or similar role in a fast-paced kitchen/environment.

- Proven food preparation and food handling experience with a strong knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredients, and culinary equipment.

- Leadership skills with the ability to work in a team.

- Creative mindset for menu development and food presentation.

- Excellent time management and organizational abilities.

- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends.
