MANUAL WORKER CUM SUPERVISOR

Roles & Responsibilities

• Ensuring employees are trained to satisfy the cleanliness standards established by clients;
• Ensuring periodic work are complete within work schedule;ndards established by clients;
• Ensuring periodic work are complete within work schedule;
• Perform sites inspection and joint inspection with clients;
• Perform sites inspection and joint inspection with clients;
• Mitigates problems, complaints and issues on the groun in a timely manner;
• Maintain schedules and reports; and
• Reports to management on major issues affecting clients, contract schedules, employees and image of company.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of working experience in the Cleaning Industry
• Able to communicate well to both clients and staff
• Able to plan work schedule for new jobsites

Able to handle conflicts & work stress
