Leasing Manager

Job Responsibilities:

· In charge of all leasing administration duties, which includes preparation of tenancy documents, reports, written correspondences etc.

· Assist in lease marketing - arranging and conducting viewing of units for lease to prospects at designated properties.

· Perform market research and analysis to identify, prospect and secure new market segment.

· Assist to cold call / engage desired prospects for marketing of spaces for lease.

· Manage the licensing of all lightbox spaces, which includes monitoring the license periods, preparation of license agreements, handling promotional lightboxes and promotional flag banners, coordinating with tenants and third parties on renting of lightboxes.

· Preparation of marketing and presentation to prospective clients.

· Track lease renewals and engaging the relevant parties in the renewal process.

· Assist in the handing and taking over of units with tenants.

· Assist in tenant management issues and liaisons with tenants on various tenancy related matters.

· Account management of tenants, handling tenancy related matters and maintain good tenant and landlord relationship.

· Prepare and monitor periodic management reports on asset performance from leasing and property management perspective.

· Assist in the preparation of rental revenue budget submissions.

· Work with Finance on tenant billing related matters.

· Support in the company’s marketing and promotions function. This also includes liaising and coordinating with tenants on marketing and promotional events and activities, as well as managing our advertising efforts in various magazines/ media.

· Handle yachts that berth at The Clifford Pier and all activities at The Fullerton Precincts.

Requirements:

· Degree / Diploma in any discipline ; with a minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience

· Knowledge of the retail merchandise and F&B leasing market

· Creativity, innovation and performance orientation

· Strong negotiation skills

· High emotional intelligence and good human relations skills

· Articulate with negotiation and influencing skills
