We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented HR Operations Executive to handle end-to-end HR operations and compliance matters. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of MOM regulations, CPF/IRAS submissions, with hands-on experience in work pass management.

Key Responsibilities:

HR Operations & Compliance:

  • Manage all MOM-related activities including EP, S Pass, and Work Permit applications, renewals, cancellations, and quota management.
  • Ensure compliance with MOM employment mandates, including TAFEP and TADM guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate employee records in accordance with Singapore employment laws.
  • Liaise with MOM, CPF Board, IRAS, and other government agencies as required.
  • Stay updated with HR regulations and ensure the organization remains compliant with statutory requirements.

Payroll & Vendor Management:

  • Prepare and validate monthly payroll inputs and coordinate with external payroll vendors for accurate and timely salary processing.
  • Handle statutory contributions such as CPF, SDL, SHG funds, and IRAS submissions (IR8A, AIS).
  • Reconcile payroll discrepancies and ensure accuracy in employee data.
  • Manage HR-related vendor relationships (e.g., recruitment agencies, manpower suppliers).

HR Administration & Reporting:

  • Maintain and update employee HRIS records.
  • Prepare HR reports and analytics as needed.
  • Support internal and external HR audits.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 – 2 years of hands-on HR experience, preferably in a generalist or HR operations role.
  • MOM management (EP, S Pass, WP handling)
  • CPF and IRAS submissions
  • TAFEP and TADM policy knowledge
  • Payroll input management and vendor coordination
  • Employee onboarding and exit processes
  • Strong understanding of Singapore employment laws and HR compliance.

Nice to Have:

  • Exposure to regional HR practices or multinational setups.
