Job Summary
This role involves managing renovation projects from concept to execution, providing advisory services on space planning and interior design, handling sales acquisition, and ensuring timely project completion with excellent client communication.
Responsibilities
- Provide advisory services on space planning, custom carpentry, and interior design to meet client needs
- Acquire sales for renovation projects using qualified leads to grow business opportunities
- Prepare accurate quotations based on client requirements to support sales conversion
- Manage renovation projects through site supervision and coordination to ensure quality and progress
- Schedule workflows to guarantee timely project completion and client move-in readiness
- Collaborate closely with subcontractors and suppliers to facilitate smooth project execution
- Conduct site visits during renovation periods to monitor progress and resolve issues
- Respond professionally and promptly to client inquiries via WhatsApp and phone to maintain strong client relationships
- Manage and support business clients such as architects, interior designers, and contractors to foster partnerships
- Actively generate and convert new leads into projects to support sales growth and operational efficiency
- Provide attentive client support to improve overall client satisfaction and ease sales team workload
Required competencies and certifications
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking clients and contractors

- Commitment and self-motivation to drive project success and sales acquisition
- Creativity with an eye for detail to enhance design advisory and project outcomes
- Strong communication skills to coordinate with clients and project teams effectively
- Excellent time management to ensure projects meet deadlines from concept through execution
