Sales & Customer Experience Executive

Origin Mattress is expanding and we are looking for driven, confident and customer-focused individuals to join our retail showroom team.

This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy speaking with people, creating strong customer experiences, and performing in a fast-paced premium retail environment.

We are not looking for passive retail staff — we are looking for individuals with strong energy, initiative, communication skills and growth mindset.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Engage and assist showroom customers confidently
• Recommend suitable products based on customer needs
• Drive strong customer experience and sales performance
• Maintain premium showroom presentation standards
• Support daily showroom operations and coordination
• Handle customer enquiries professionally

Who We’re Looking For:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident speaking with customers
• Self-driven and proactive attitude
• Comfortable working in a retail sales environment
• Able to commit weekends/public holidays
• Retail, hospitality, cabin crew, beauty, luxury or customer-facing experience is a plus

Working Hours:

• 5 or 6 days work week
• Rotating retail shifts 10am - 7pm / 1pm - 10pm
• Retail hours applies
