Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons based on a child-centered inquiry approach.

• Create a safe, provocative, and multi-sensory learning environment that encourages curiosity.

• Build strong, trusting partnerships with parents through regular communication and updates on child development.

• Observe and document children’s learning journeys and developmental milestones.

• Collaborate with the Principal and fellow teachers to enhance the center's pedagogical standards.

Requirements

• Possess a Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education – Teaching (DECCE-T) or equivalent.

• ECDA L2 certification is mandatory.

• Excellent command of the English language (written and spoken).

• A strong heart for children and a belief in nurturing the "whole child."

• Creative, proactive, and a lifelong learner.
