Position Title: Principal Physiotherapist
Location: Bright Hill
Working Days: Monday – Friday
Working Hours: 8:30AM – 6:00PM
Salary: $6,000 – $8,000

Job Description

Lead and coordinate all Physiotherapy services across the practice.
Deliver assessment and treatment for specialised rehabilitation cases.
Supervise Physiotherapists and Therapy Assistants.
Develop specialised treatment pathways and integrated care programmes.
Implement evidence-based practices and service improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support rehabilitation services.
Conduct audits, outcome reviews, and professional development sessions.
Represent Physiotherapy services in clinical governance and strategic meetings.
Support rehabilitation-related marketing and community education initiatives.
Develop and oversee educational programmes and staff training activities.
Support business development and programme planning initiatives.
Manage partnerships, grants, and funding opportunities.
Participate in budgeting and policy development.

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Physiotherapy recognised by the Singapore Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC).
Registered with AHPC and possess a valid Practising Certificate.
Possess a valid BCLS + AED certification.
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in a hospital or nursing home setting, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Experience in advanced rehabilitation, including neurorehabilitation, orthopaedics, or geriatrics.
Experience in quality assurance, staff supervision, and client management.
Experience in private practice will be an advantage.
Postgraduate qualifications or certifications in healthcare leadership will be advantageous.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
