Inside Sales Executive

Key Duties
- Develop and execute action plans to achieve sales and order targets
- Conduct regular business reviews with authorised distributors — analyse results, track progress, and adjust strategies as needed
- Support sales administration including order processing to ensure smooth business operations
- Serve as product expert — lead product demonstrations and conduct customer needs assessments
- Proactively promote and grow the calibration business as a value-added service offering
- Plan, implement, and evaluate the effectiveness of promotional campaigns through regular monitoring and follow-up
- Deliver technical training and sales support to authorised distributors to strengthen product promotion capability
- Monitor market trends and competitive activity across relevant industries
- Identify and surface potential sales opportunities during customer visits and interactions
Requirements
- NITEC or Diploma in Metrology, Mechanical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline preferred
- Working knowledge of Small Tools and General Metrology Principles — including measurement standards and engineering drawings
- Prior experience in Technical Sales, Dealer Management, or Distributor Support is an advantage
- Results-driven with strong relationship management and interpersonal skills
- Good team player who is proactive, organised, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
