Inside Sales Executive

Key Duties

  • Develop and execute action plans to achieve sales and order targets
  • Conduct regular business reviews with authorised distributors — analyse results, track progress, and adjust strategies as needed
  • Support sales administration including order processing to ensure smooth business operations
  • Serve as product expert — lead product demonstrations and conduct customer needs assessments
  • Proactively promote and grow the calibration business as a value-added service offering
  • Plan, implement, and evaluate the effectiveness of promotional campaigns through regular monitoring and follow-up
  • Deliver technical training and sales support to authorised distributors to strengthen product promotion capability
  • Monitor market trends and competitive activity across relevant industries
  • Identify and surface potential sales opportunities during customer visits and interactions

Requirements

  • NITEC or Diploma in Metrology, Mechanical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline preferred
  • Working knowledge of Small Tools and General Metrology Principles — including measurement standards and engineering drawings
  • Prior experience in Technical Sales, Dealer Management, or Distributor Support is an advantage
  • Results-driven with strong relationship management and interpersonal skills
  • Good team player who is proactive, organised, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
