We are a fast-growing catering company looking for a responsible, system-driven individual to handle both Catering Software System & Operations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Catering System
· Management of daily catering system operations
· Liaise with the Vendor & Follow up on next Module.
· Ensure all orders, quotations, and records are accurate
· Monitor workflow and flag issues early proper tracking and documentation (B&W)
2. Sales Execution
· Handle customer enquiries (WhatsApp / Email /Calls)
· Prepare and send quotations
· Follow up and close sales
· Ensure all enquiries are properly tracked
· Maintain fast response time
Requirements
· Experience in Sales / Admin / Operations preferred; No experience are welcomed to apply
· Strong sense of responsibility and ownership
· Fast, organised, and detail-oriented
· Able to work in a structured SOP & KPI environment
· Good communication skills
· Bachelor’s Degree or higher holders preferred
