Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily operations and ensure smooth workflow.
  • Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
  • Prepare reports, documents, and operational records.
  • Monitor work schedules and follow up on pending tasks.
  • Handle administrative and coordination duties.
  • Support management in operational planning and execution.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • 2 years of working experience is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
