Retail Sales Consultant
Location: Islandwide (Central / North-East / North)
Salary:
• Basic: $2,000 – $2,300
• Uncapped Commission
• Good performers can earn $4,000 – $5,000 gross monthly
Annual Cash Benefits: $700
Working Hours:
5 Days Work Week (Rostered Shift)
Opening Shift: 10:30am – 8:00pm
Mid Shift: 11:30am – 9:00pm
Closing Shift: 1:00pm – 10:30pm
Job Responsibilities:
• Assist customers in selecting suitable mobile, broadband and digital solutions
• Introduce and explain available products, services, and promotional packages
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer enquiries
• Process sales transactions and service applications
• Attend to customer feedback professionally and efficiently
• Support daily retail store operations and housekeeping duties
• Achieve individual and team sales targets
Requirements:
• GCE N / O / A Levels with at least 1 year of customer service or sales experience
• IT savvy and comfortable navigating sales systems
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-oriented and sales-driven mindset
• Able to work retail shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Able to commit to a 5-day rostered work week
