Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and energetic Video Content Executive who is passionate about social media, content creation, and video storytelling. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, filming, editing, and publishing engaging content across various social media platforms while supporting livestream and marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Video Production & Editing

  • Plan, film, and edit engaging video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other digital platforms.
  • Transform raw footage into compelling content using creative storytelling, transitions, subtitles, motion graphics, and sound design.
  • Create promotional videos for campaigns, events, products, and brand awareness initiatives.
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.

Content Creation

  • Develop creative concepts and content ideas based on current social media trends.
  • Create engaging short-form content that drives views, engagement, and audience growth.
  • Attend events, workshops, roadshows, and activations to capture photo and video content.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to execute content calendars and campaign plans.

Livestream Support

  • Support the planning and execution of livestream sessions across TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram.
  • Prepare livestream assets, promotional materials, and content highlights.
  • Capture and repurpose livestream content into short-form videos and social media posts.

Social Media & Performance Monitoring

  • Upload and manage content across social media platforms.
  • Monitor content performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay updated with platform trends, viral content formats, and competitor activities.

Collaboration

  • Coordinate with influencers, KOLs, presenters, and internal stakeholders during content production.
  • Work closely with marketing, sales, and operations teams to support business objectives.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the company as and when required.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, Film, Multimedia, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in video editing, content creation, social media marketing, or related roles.
  • Strong proficiency in CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent editing software.
  • Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook Reels, and YouTube Shorts content formats.
  • Good knowledge of video storytelling, pacing, transitions, subtitles, and audience engagement techniques.
  • Experience in videography and content production is an advantage.
  • Creative, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Experience with livestreaming or live commerce platforms is an advantage.
