Job Summary

Develops and executes integrated digital marketing strategies and multi-channel campaigns. Manages content, budgets, partnerships and performance analysis, while guiding the team and aligning marketing efforts with business goals.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and business growth.
  • Plan, manage, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, and website.
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations to improve ROI and marketing effectiveness.
  • Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective allocation of resources.
  • Lead content strategy and oversee content creation across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
  • Oversee website content, EDM campaigns, SEO initiatives, and online promotions.
  • Monitor digital analytics, customer insights, and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
  • Support the events, workshops, roadshows, and promotional activities.
  • Manage relationships with vendors, sponsors, media partners, influencers, KOLs, and external agencies.
  • Ensure consistent brand positioning and messaging across all marketing channels.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Operations, and Products to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
  • Present marketing plans, campaign performance, and recommendations to management.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to marketing executives and interns.
  • Drive process improvements and marketing best practices within the department.
  • Additional tasks may be assigned as and when required.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related discipline.
  • 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, social media marketing, or integrated marketing.
  • Proven experience in campaign planning, digital advertising, and content strategy.
  • Strong understanding of Google Analytics, SEO, EDM, and social media platforms.
  • Strong project management, communication, and management skills.
  • Leadership experience or experience mentoring junior team members is preferred.
  • Proficient in content creation, video editing, and marketing analytics tools.
