Job Summary

Coordinate and maintain quality, health, safety, security, and environmental (QHSSE) standards and accreditations while supporting internal audits, training, and safety officer duties to ensure compliance and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and maintain the company’s QHSSE accreditation, including ISO 9001 and Responsible Care standards, to ensure compliance and continuous improvement
• Plan and conduct internal audits of company work processes to identify gaps and drive corrective actions
• Develop and deliver periodic internal SOP refresher training to reinforce compliance and operational consistency
• Perform Safety Officer duties within the office environment, including acting as Office Fire Warden and Office First Aider to maintain workplace safety
• Support cost control functions assigned by the Head of Department
