Part time Booth Representative

We are looking for a part-time Booth Representative to support the team across all three conference days, engaging visitors, capturing leads, and ensuring smooth booth operations.

Scope of Work

Onsite Presence

• Staff the booth across all three conference days during exhibit hall hours
• Greet and engage walk-in visitors and manage general enquiry
• Manage visitor flow so the core team can hold focused conversations without interruption

Lead Capture

• Hand warm leads immediately to the team for a follow-up conversation

Product Awareness

• Confidently deliver a 60-second company overview to cold walk-ins

Booth Logistics

• Assist with booth setup on Day 1 (morning) and pack-down on Day 3 (close of show)
• Maintain the booth throughout each day, collateral stocked, screens running, surface tidy

• Proactive engagement: Initiates conversation with visitors, does not wait to be approached.
• Briefed and prepared: Attends the pre-event briefing and is ready to deliver the 60 second company overview.
• Reliable attendance: All three full days, full booth hours. No late arrivals or early departures
• Clear handoff discipline: Knows when to engage independently and when to bring in the team
• Lead capture accuracy: Every contact logged correctly, name, company, role and interest noted at point of contact.
