We’re Hiring: React Lead Developer

Job Highlights

• Contract Duration: 12 months Contract
• Salary: Up to $10,000/month

• Work Hours: Monday to Friday, Office Hours

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership:

• Lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable web applications using React.js
• Define frontend architecture, coding standards, and best practices
• Drive technical decisions and ensure high-quality code through reviews and troubleshooting
• Mentor and guide developers, fostering a strong engineering culture

Development & Delivery:

• Collaborate closely with Product, UX/UI, QA, and Backend teams to deliver end-to-end solutions
• Ensure applications are responsive, performant, and aligned with business requirements
• Oversee full application lifecycle delivery from planning to deployment

Collaboration & Governance:

• Work within Agile environments to deliver enterprise-scale applications
• Ensure alignment with security standards and best practices (e.g., OWASP)
• Contribute to continuous improvement in development processes and workflows

Who We’re Looking For

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or related field
• 6–8 years of frontend development experience, with at least 2–3 years in a Technical Lead role
• Strong expertise in React.js, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and responsive development
• Experience with Next.js, Redux, REST APIs, GraphQL, CI/CD, Git, and Docker
• Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale applications in Agile environments
• Strong leadership, project management, and stakeholder communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with micro-frontend architecture and/or React Native
• Exposure to AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Background in fintech, banking, insurance, government, or enterprise environments
• Knowledge of application security and OWASP best practices
• Relevant certifications in frontend development or cloud technologies
