Quantity Surveyor

Responsibilities:

* Assist Contract manager conducts Cost estimate, cost planning and cost management.

* Prepare contracts and documents.

* Liaise with sub-contractors and suppliers for quotation and procurement

* Assist in budget preparation and cost presentation

* Assist in billings

* Evaluate progress payment and VOs and cost benefit analysis

* Perform variation order

* To verify subcontractors’ / suppliers’ monthly progressive claims and obtain approval before proceeding to prepare payment certificates.

Requirements:

* Minimum Degree in Civil Engineering / Project Management/ Quantity Surveying

* 3 to 5 years of work experience as Quantity Surveyor in MRT construction

* Responsible, positive work attitude and good leadership skills

* Able to read and write in Chinese

* Able to commence work with short notice
