We are hiring a Laboratory Supervisor to support daily laboratory operations in a laboratory environment. The role involves hands-on laboratory work as well as basic coordination of laboratory activities.

我们正在招聘一名实验室主管，负责实验室日常运作支持工作。该职位需要参与实际实验操作，并对实验室相关工作进行基础协调。

Key Responsibilities / 主要职责

• Perform and supervise daily laboratory testing and routine analysis
  负责并监督日常实验室检测及常规分析工作
• Ensure samples are handled, tested, and recorded according to standard procedures
  确保样品按标准流程进行处理、检测及记录
• Assist in coordinating laboratory technicians’ daily work
  协助协调实验室技术人员的日常工作安排
• Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure proper usage and basic upkeep
  维护实验室设备，确保正确使用及基本保养
• Follow laboratory safety rules and quality control procedures
  遵守实验室安全规范及质量控制流程
• Support troubleshooting of basic technical issues during testing process
  协助处理检测过程中的一般技术问题
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of laboratory activities
  负责实验室相关记录及文件整理
• Communicate with local and overseas (China-based) teams in Chinese when required
  能够使用中文与本地及中国团队进行日常沟通

Requirements / 任职要求

• Several years of experience in laboratory or related technical environment
  在实验室或相关技术环境拥有多年工作经验
• Experience in laboratory testing or technical operations
  具备实验室检测或技术操作经验
• Experience in coordinating or guiding junior staff is an advantage
  有协调或指导初级员工经验者优先
• Familiar with basic laboratory procedures and safety requirements
  熟悉基本实验室操作流程及安全规范
• Able to communicate in Chinese for work-related coordination with China-based teams
  能够使用中文与中国团队进行工作沟通
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to follow instructions
  工作认真负责，细心，并能按要求完成任务
• Good team player and able to support daily operational needs
  具备团队合作能力，能配合日常工作需求
