Designer

Prepare and revise shop drawings, coordination drawings, and as-built drawings.

* Develop detailed drawings for ceiling works, drywall partitions, access panels, bulkheads, pelmets, and other interior fit-out works.

* Review tender drawings, specifications, and project requirements.

* Conduct site measurements and prepare drawings based on actual site conditions.

* Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Supervisors, Consultants, Main Contractors, and Subcontractors.

* Attend coordination meetings and resolve drawing-related issues.

* Prepare drawing submissions and revisions according to consultant and client comments.

* Ensure all drawings comply with project specifications, authority requirements, and construction standards.

* Maintain proper drawing records and document control.

Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Building, Engineering, or a related discipline.

* Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Interior Fit-Out, Ceiling, Partition, or Construction projects.

* Proficient in AutoCAD (mandatory).

* Knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, BIM, or other 3D software will be an advantage.

* Familiar with shop drawing preparation and construction detailing.

* Able to interpret architectural, structural, and M&E drawings.

* Good understanding of suspended ceiling systems, drywall partitions, access panels, and interior finishing works.

* Strong coordination and communication skills.

* Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working with Main Contractors and Consultants in Singapore.

* Knowledge of Singapore construction practices and site coordination processes.

* Experience in commercial, retail, office, hotel, and institutional fit-out projects.
