Job Summary

The Skills Coordinator manages enquiries and requests from students and the public about courses and skills. They schedule training sessions, handle logistics, maintain training materials, track attendance, support learners and trainers, and resolve challenges related to class schedules, registration, payments, and transfers.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to enquiries and requests from students and the public regarding courses and skills
  • Convert keen interest to registration
  • Schedule training sessions to ensure smooth delivery of programs
  • Manage logistical details to support training operations effectively
  • Maintain and update training materials to support learning objectives
  • Track attendance records accurately for learners and students
  • Provide support to enhance the learning experience of learners and students
  • Make pre-course and post-course test arrangements
  • Assist trainers by providing necessary support during training sessions
  • Resolve challenges related to class schedules, registration, payments, and class transfers promptly
