Part Time Warehouse Assistant (3 months)

Work Location : Tai Seng

Contract Period : 3 months

Candidates who successfully complete the full contract period will be eligible for a generous completion bonus.

We are seeking a reliable and proactive Part-Time Warehouse Assistant to support our daily warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will assist with goods receiving, pick and pack activities, inventory handling, and general warehouse upkeep during periods of high workload or incoming shipments.

Responsibilities

• Perform goods receiving, including verification, unloading, and proper documentation
• Carry out pick and pack tasks accurately and efficiently
• Organize, label, and maintain warehouse inventory
• Assist in stock replenishment and cycle counts
• Ensure proper storage of goods according to safety and quality standards
• Support shipment preparation, including packing and arrangement for dispatch
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse
• Handle ad-hoc warehouse duties as assigned

Requirements

• Prior warehouse experience preferred (goods receiving / pick-pack)
• Ability to lift and move cartons and materials safely using Stacker and Pallet Truck
• Basic understanding of warehouse processes and documentation
• Able to work on scheduled days based on operational needs
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
• Team player with a positive attitude
