Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the trusted first point of contact for clients — managing enquiries, coordinating requests, and ensuring every interaction feels seamless
  • Support the onboarding of new clients with warmth and professionalism, setting the tone for a lasting and productive partnership
  • Track client satisfaction levels and flag concerns early, working swiftly with internal teams to resolve issues before they grow
  • Prepare clear and polished client reports, meeting agendas, and follow-up summaries that keep every engagement on track
  • Coordinate closely with operations, sales, and service teams to ensure client deliverables are always met on time and to standard
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, communication logs, and account documentation in the CRM system
  • Gather client feedback consistently and translate insights into actionable recommendations that elevate the overall service experience
  • Build a rewarding career in client management with real account ownership, structured learning, and mentorship from day one

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma and above
  • Warm, organised, and genuinely passionate about delivering exceptional client experiences that build long-term loyalty
  • Minimum Diploma and above
