Key Responsibilities:
- Be the trusted first point of contact for clients — managing enquiries, coordinating requests, and ensuring every interaction feels seamless
- Support the onboarding of new clients with warmth and professionalism, setting the tone for a lasting and productive partnership
- Track client satisfaction levels and flag concerns early, working swiftly with internal teams to resolve issues before they grow
- Prepare clear and polished client reports, meeting agendas, and follow-up summaries that keep every engagement on track
- Coordinate closely with operations, sales, and service teams to ensure client deliverables are always met on time and to standard
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, communication logs, and account documentation in the CRM system
- Gather client feedback consistently and translate insights into actionable recommendations that elevate the overall service experience
- Build a rewarding career in client management with real account ownership, structured learning, and mentorship from day one
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma and above
- Warm, organised, and genuinely passionate about delivering exceptional client experiences that build long-term loyalty
- Minimum Diploma and above
