Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the dedicated go-to person for clients — building trust, resolving concerns, and ensuring every touchpoint feels valued
- Develop a deep understanding of each client's business goals and proactively propose solutions that drive measurable satisfaction
- Manage the full client journey from onboarding and relationship building through to long-term retention and account growth
- Monitor client health metrics and flag potential risks early, taking decisive action before issues escalate
- Prepare insightful client reports, account reviews, and performance summaries that demonstrate tangible value delivered
- Collaborate with internal teams across sales, operations, and marketing to ensure seamless client experience at every stage
- Gather client feedback systematically and translate insights into product and service improvements that matter

Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma and above
- Passionate about people, relationship management, and delivering service experiences that genuinely make a difference
- Minimum Diploma and above
