Job Descriptions
- Handle full spectrum of HR administrative functions, in compliance with HR Policies, Audit requirements and legal obligations
- Coordinate with HQ on work pass application, cancellation and renewal
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment and selection process
- Support onboarding & off-boarding of staff, e.g. Orientation, Issue of Contract, Uniform, Locker, Name tag
- Perform an array of administrative tasks, e.g. airport pass application, security clearance for sensitive areas, arrange for foreign workers’ medical check-up, issue of employment contracts and letters, maintain employee record and personnel files etc.)
- Data entry of employee data, training records…etc.
- Prepare attendance report with supporting documents and assist in managing payroll.
- Track staff movement from hiring to resignation and assist with the staff deployment plan
- Work on initiative and exercises like performance appraisals, incentive packages, the nomination of good performers to Client
- Preparation of monthly/Ad hoc reports.
- Assist in conflict resolution
- Purchase stationery items, ensuring all office equipment are working and well maintained
- Any other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in HRM or related discipline
- Knowledge of Employment Act
- Proficient in MS Office Applications
- Good interpersonal and communications skills
- Able to commence work immediately
- 5-day work week, 8am to 5:30pm
- Able to commit full time work at Changi Airport
