Job Descriptions

  • Handle full spectrum of HR administrative functions, in compliance with HR Policies, Audit requirements and legal obligations
  • Coordinate with HQ on work pass application, cancellation and renewal
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment and selection process
  • Support onboarding & off-boarding of staff, e.g. Orientation, Issue of Contract, Uniform, Locker, Name tag
  • Perform an array of administrative tasks, e.g. airport pass application, security clearance for sensitive areas, arrange for foreign workers’ medical check-up, issue of employment contracts and letters, maintain employee record and personnel files etc.)
  • Data entry of employee data, training records…etc.
  • Prepare attendance report with supporting documents and assist in managing payroll.
  • Track staff movement from hiring to resignation and assist with the staff deployment plan
  • Work on initiative and exercises like performance appraisals, incentive packages, the nomination of good performers to Client
  • Preparation of monthly/Ad hoc reports.
  • Assist in conflict resolution
  • Purchase stationery items, ensuring all office equipment are working and well maintained
  • Any other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma in HRM or related discipline
  • Knowledge of Employment Act
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications
  • Good interpersonal and communications skills
  • Able to commence work immediately
  • 5-day work week, 8am to 5:30pm
  • Able to commit full time work at Changi Airport
