Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise groups of construction workers to achieve project goals efficiently
• Control, check, and monitor sub-contractor work to maintain quality and compliance
• Manage quality control processes and schedule workflows to ensure timely completion of construction projects
• Apply knowledge of building construction works to oversee site activities and resolve issues
• Implement and enforce work site safety protocols to protect workers and ensure compliance with safety regulations
• Monitor and support worker welfare and safety requirements on site
