Ship Agency Operations Executive

Key Responsibilities:
- Organize and coordinate vessel’s requirements and intended activities
- Arrange and guide vessel to comply with statutory requirements and regulations
- Prepare shipping documentation accurately and timely
- Perform ad-hoc assignments as and when required
Job Requirements:
- Require to work irregular hours including weekends and Public Holidays
- Must board vessel upon vessel arrival, irregular timing
- Good communication and organizing skills is preferable
- Strong interpersonal skills; able to build relationship with people from different culture
- Self-driven and full of initiative
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines through good time management and allocation of priorities.
- Relevant experience is an added advantage
Qualifications:
- Min. GCE ‘N’ level
Candidates must possess Class 3 driving license, own motorbike
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Salary: $2,50.00 - $3,000.00 per month
