Ship Agency Operations Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize and coordinate vessel’s requirements and intended activities
  • Arrange and guide vessel to comply with statutory requirements and regulations
  • Prepare shipping documentation accurately and timely
  • Perform ad-hoc assignments as and when required

Job Requirements:



  • Require to work irregular hours including weekends and Public Holidays
  • Must board vessel upon vessel arrival, irregular timing
  • Good communication and organizing skills is preferable
  • Strong interpersonal skills; able to build relationship with people from different culture
  • Self-driven and full of initiative
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines through good time management and allocation of priorities.
  • Relevant experience is an added advantage

Qualifications:

  • Min. GCE ‘N’ level

Candidates must possess Class 3 driving license, own motorbike

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Salary: $2,50.00 - $3,000.00 per month
