Job Description
Update customers on shipment status and delivery arrangements
Respond to customer enquiries related to shipment movement and logistics coordination
Prepare and process shipping documentation accurately
Enter shipment details into freight management systems
Coordinate with vendors, shipping lines, and overseas agents to ensure smooth shipment delivery
Support quotation preparation and general freight logistics operations
Assist the team with administrative and operational support duties
Job Requirements
Diploma, Degree, or equivalent qualification
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Good communication and coordination skills
Detail-oriented with good administrative skill
