Programme Executive (CareElderly)

Care Community Services Society (CCSS) is a social service agency dedicated to empowering and enriching lives through community-based support. We serve seniors, children, youths and families, building a caring and inclusive community.

Position Summary

The Programme Executive supports the implementation and operations of CareElderly programmes and services. This role contributes to programme delivery, community engagement, and administrative coordination to enhance the well-being and active ageing of seniors.

Key Responsibilities

Programme Implementation & Operations

  • Support the planning and execution of programmes and activities for seniors
  • Coordinate and supervise daily centre-based and community activities
  • Facilitate engagement initiatives, including forming mutual help groups
  • Maintain updated records and profiles of seniors within service areas

Community & Client Engagement

  • Build rapport with seniors and monitor their well-being
  • Conduct home visits and basic needs assessments for seniors and families
  • Ensure accurate documentation and timely follow-up actions
  • Handle walk-in and telephone enquiries professionally

Volunteer & Partnership Support

  • Coordinate, mobilise, and support volunteers for programme delivery
  • Maintain volunteer records and engagement schedules
  • Establish and maintain linkages with community partners and service providers

Programme Monitoring & Evaluation

  • Collect and manage programme data for reporting and evaluation
  • Maintain proper documentation to ensure accountability and compliance
  • Support preparation of reports and programme reviews

Administrative & Operational Support

  • Provide administrative support including documentation, filing, and data entry
  • Maintain inventory and coordinate maintenance of facilities and equipment
  • Assist with basic finance processes such as bookkeeping
  • Support staff records and general office administration

Care & Compliance

  • Support delivery of safe and quality care in line with organisational standards
  • Comply with care plans guided by ACP, LPA, and relevant frameworks
  • Ensure adherence to procedures and service quality standards

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma or equivalent
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Passion for working with seniors, especially vulnerable groups
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work both independently and collaboratively
