About the Company

We are a Singapore-based education consultancy company specialising in overseas education advisory and student placement services. Our business supports students in selecting suitable academic programmes and applying to institutions in countries including the United Kingdom, Australia, Canada, and the United States.

As a growing service-based business, we are expanding our operations and seeking an experienced Managing Director to oversee overall business strategy, operations, and organisational development.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and strategic direction for the company

• Oversee daily business operations across consulting, student application services, and partner coordination

• Develop and execute business growth strategies in both local and overseas markets

• Manage relationships with international education institutions and business partners

• Supervise internal operational functions including administration, HR coordination, and financial monitoring

• Lead business development initiatives to expand student acquisition channels

• Ensure service quality standards across all student advisory and application processes

• Review business performance, prepare operational reports, and support decision-making processes

• Identify new opportunities for partnerships, market expansion, and service improvement

• Represent the company in meetings, negotiations, and business engagements

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Management, Marketing, or related fields

• Minimum 5 years of experience in business management, operations, or cross-border commercial roles

• Experience in education services, consulting, trading, or international business is preferred

• Strong understanding of business operations including client management, organisational processes, and service delivery

• Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills

• Ability to manage multiple business functions in a small and dynamic organisation

• Strong proficiency in English and Mandarin is required due to regional business operations and client communication

• Willingness to travel internationally for business development purposes when required

Salary Range

SGD 7,500 – 12,000 per month (depending on experience and qualifications)
