Job Description
Programme Operations & Administration
· Oversee and coordinate end-to-end session logistics(e.g., physical layout setup, maintenance of attendance records, and feedback collation)
· Maintain a consistent physical presence during all activities to support vendors and monitor live session execution.
· Formulate and prepare comprehensive visual schedules tailored for clients.
Vendor Management
· Research and contact prospective external service providers to explore collaboration opportunities, assessing their operational capabilities and overall programme fit.
· Facilitate briefings to align expectations, program structures, and service quality standards to external vendors.
· Maintain strong professional relationships with external vendors and foster long-term future collaborations.
Programme Communications
· Manage direct internal communications with caregivers and vendors to broadcast weekly schedule reminders, session updates, and essential operational details.
· Create visual materials (e.g., information slides, curriculum posters, and internal newsletters) to help vendors deliver sessions and keep families informed.
Job Requirement
· Polytechnic Diploma or recognised Private Diploma
· At least2 years of relevant experience, with a minimum of 1 year specifically within a Social Service Agency (SSA)
· A strong background in programme logistics, external vendor coordination, and relationship management highly valued
· Outstanding interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills for engaging stakeholders at all levels
· Strong computer literacy and digital design skills, with proficiency in applications such as Canva, Google Docs, and Google Sheets.
· Ability to build professional, harmonious relationships and remain resilient when responding to challenges
