Looking for a Manager in Lift Side

We are seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Lift Service Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should possess extensive hands-on experience in the elevator industry and be capable of managing lift repair, installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and project coordination activities.

Requirements:

• Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience in the elevator industry.
• Experience in:Lift Repair: 5 years Lift Installation: 1 year Lift Maintenance: 6 months
• Strong knowledge of traction elevators and Machine Room-Less (MRL) elevators.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve complex lift faults and breakdowns.
• Experience in supervising technicians and coordinating site activities.
• Familiarity with Singapore lift safety regulations and industry standards.
• Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and service teams effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee lift repair, installation, and maintenance operations.
• Plan and coordinate manpower, schedules, and site activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company procedures.
• Provide technical support and guidance to service technicians.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and authorities on project matters.
• Prepare reports, quotations, and maintenance schedules.
• Monitor service quality and customer satisfaction.
