DIGITAL MARKTING EXECUTIVE
BEYONDSOFT INTERNATIONAL (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD.
Responsibility:
-Own end-to-end ad campaigns for in-house overseas AI products. Build pre-launch/launch/post-launch UA strategies across global platforms, own user scale, CPI, retention and long-term ROI, and manage multi-million dollar budgets
-Monitor real-time data, build creative management system to outperform industry CTR/CVR. Explore unconventional growth channels and emerging traffic
-Track global market trends, leverage AI/data tools to optimize UA efficiency. Collaborate with product, R&D and creative teams to iterate strategies and exceed targets
-Partner with Google, TikTok, Facebook, Line and Twitter. Negotiate favorable resources and priority support to ensure smooth execution
Job Requirements
-Bachelor's+, preferred majors: Marketing, Advertising, Business Analytics, Applied Mathematics. Master in Business Analytics highly preferred
-2+ years relevant experience, proficient in mainstream RTB platforms. Strongly prefer 4+ years overseas UA, >$2M ad spend, top ROI, or gaming/tech background
-Deep understanding of overseas growth tactics: performance marketing, pre-registration, viral growth, influencer marketing, re-engagement
-Holistic thinking, strong problem-solving, pressure tolerance and data skills. Plus: UA project PM and cross-team coordination experience
-Innovative and fast learner. Highly prefer AIGC creative or AI-driven UA tool experience
-Responsible, good cross-team communication, able to work independently in fast-paced environment
-Native/near-native English required (high priority). Candidates based in Singapore with valid work pass welcome
